Hula Popper Series lures have a 6 ½” lure head with a 1 ½” diameter. Each TKO Hula Popper lure weighs 3.5 oz and has a 3D scale pattern in the lure head. You may cast or troll the TKO Hula Popper at 8-10 knots. Use a stop & go retrieve or rip it across the surface! The Hula Popper's large cup face will call the big ones from a distance. These lures were designed in Hawaii and are available in two colors: Purple Chrome, Chartreuse Chrome. Each TKO Hula Popper Lure contains:
A brass leader tube, which helps provide a bubble trail within the skirt; an ⅛ oz brass noise sensitive weight - the polished smooth edges with brass on brass vibrate through the glass to produce a high-frequency sound which attracts game fish; a keel-weighted rattler, which is mandatory for a quality lure - the rattler in the lure head produces a low-frequency sound; our patented Red Infusion technique - it reflects any available light to simulate a wounded, bleeding effect within the lure head and tail; a lure head prism covering, which produces a stronger 3D silhouette - the solid reflective scale effect gives a unique design feature; and two eyes that are moveable and internal for a more lifelike appearance.
