Welcome to TKO Lures’ website. 
I began building lures in 1985. I tested them in the waters throughout Mexico; Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta, Acapulco, Cabo San Lucas, and Cancun, with tremendous success on big game fish. I used research notes from the University of Miami’s Marine Science Department and the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science. It is this experience and research that I have incorporated in my TKO Lures today. 
Bio-acoustics research confirms sound is important to trigger the feeding mechanism in predator fish. Sound travels five times faster underwater than it does in the air. I have incorporated both high- and low-frequency sounds in each TKO Lure. 
The next most important thing is keel weighting a lure. I keel weight each lure - a difficult process but mandatory for a high quality lure action. This gives the lure stability. Eyes stay side to side for a more lifelike appearance to a predator fish. 
Bubble action is essential to draw attention to the lure. Concentrated bubble action, often referred to as a “Smoke Trail,” is produced through the leader tube. Bubbles originate under the skirt so as not to obscure the view of the skirt or lure head. 
My lures are designed with the highest quality materials and tested for exceptional performance for the Professional Angler. People ask me, “Jack, how do you compete with so many trolling lures on the market?” My toughest competition is HABIT. People get in a rut using the same old baits and techniques.
